We use EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) data, a public register that records the floor area, build type, and tenure of almost every home in England and Wales, to build a precise picture of a street before we ever make contact. By the time a homeowner responds, we already have a strong sense of what their property is worth and whether it fits a buyer's brief.

That means less time wasted on both sides, more accurate valuations, and a process that moves quickly because the groundwork has already been done.
