Recipients of our letters have the right to opt out of future correspondence by contacting us directly. Where someone opts out, we retain only the minimum information necessary to ensure we do not contact that address again.

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by Hidden Homes and authorised service providers where necessary. We use third-party services including Tally (for forms), Stripe (for payments), and Netlify (for form submissions). Each of these services maintains their own security standards and privacy policies.

How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Buyer brief data and seller enquiry data are typically retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, unless a transaction is in progress.
