How do we agree on a fair price?

That way you each get a valuation from someone you've chosen yourself, there's no pressure from us, and no one is working from a figure we've set. The two assessments give both parties a clear, honest basis to negotiate from.

Why do you need photos before arranging a viewing?

We only make an introduction when there's a genuine reason to. A few photos let us quickly confirm whether your property matches what a buyer is looking for, so that when a viewing happens, both sides are confident it's worth their time.

Is there any cost to me as a seller?

No. There are no fees for sellers at any stage. You're also free to walk away at any point. There's no obligation until contracts are exchanged.
